I don't even think the couple lives in this loft anymore, but the design shows what's truly possible if you have some vertical space, and an almost-obsessive need to maximize every available inch.

They used "IKEA drawers fitted into frames made of construction lumber and cold-rolled steel from the local Handy Metal Mart, and galvanized boxes from The Container Store spot-welded together to fit silverware and utensils," according to Dwell.
