This Blooming Brie Bowl is both and the flavor combination of creamy baked Brie and spices will have your guests going back for more. Delicious cheesy goodness and crispy sourdough bread? Blooming Brie Bowl

makes 8 servings

1 1/2 tsps (7 mL) Club House Chili Powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Club House Ground Mustard
1/2 tsp (2 mL) sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) (15 mL) butter softened
1 loaf round sourdough bread (about 1 lb / 500 g)
1 (8 oz / 250 mL) Brie Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Mix spices and sugar in small bowl. Set aside. Place bread on baking sheet. Cut circle in top of bread and remove bread center to make room for the Brie.

2. Spread butter on bread. Sprinkle with 2 tsp (10 mL) spice mixture. With knife, make 2 in (5 cm) cuts at 1in (2 cm) intervals around edge of bread. Remove rind from Brie and place in bread. Sprinkle Brie with remaining spice mixture. Replace top of bread.

3. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. To serve, remove bread top and break into bite size pieces. Dip bread pieces in hot Brie.
