Although we covered pasta in plenty last week, we ran across one more idea that was well worth the mention. Spaghetti can be dressed up or down, but have you ever seen it baked into individual pies?
We stopped in at Picky Palate where Jenny Flake is always mixing things up. Her recipe for Tomato, Basil and Romano Ricotta Spaghetti Pies might be a mouthful, but we're pretty sure it's a delicious one!
These individual pies are the perfect way to feed a crowd all at the same time while dressing up a traditional meal and making it something extra special.
Layers of ricotta, Romano, and fresh tomato sauce laced with basil are key, but the real trick is the layering process.
